• If you are doing a job you have to work under your boss while in business you are your own boss.

• If you are doing a job you have to work as directed by the organization while in business you can explore your ideas, creativity to make your business a brand.

• If you are going for a job a good skill and experience is needed while in business some creative ideas and huge capital is needed.

• If you are doing a job a fixed salary is paid to you while in business the more you work and explore the more revenue you can generate.

• Be it a job or a business, both of them is having a risk.

• If you are doing a job you have to complete your own task but in business you have your own employees and you can assign them to complete your task.

• The most important things is about your security. In job there is no security. Once the company is closed you have to move to other. But in business there is security because its your own. You have to make decisions for a long run of your business.
