1. D.M(Doctorate in Medicine) - Doctorate in medicine is equivalent to PhD degree and the duration of this course is 2-3 years. Doctors holding M.D degree can go with this course.

2. M.D(Doctor of Medicine) - Doctor of medicine are meant for physician. It is a 3 years course and can be pursued after completing MBBS.

3. M.B.B.S.(Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) - It is the bachelor degree in the field of medical mainly for cure and diagnose. The duration of this course is 5.5 years.

4. B.H.M.S.(Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) - This course is controlled by the National Institute of Homeopathy and is a bachelor degree in Homeopathic education. The duration of the course is 5.5 years.

5. B.A.M.S.(Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) -  This course is controlled by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM). It is a 5.5 years bachelor degree which deals in Ayurveda system of medical field.

6. B.D.S.(Bachelor of Dental Surgery) - This is a degree in dentistry and the duration of this course is 4 years.

7. B.Sc Nursing - To pursue this course you must pass 10+2 with PCB as your core subjects with minimum 45% of marks. On completing this course, you can be a qualified nurse of health care team. The duration of the course is 4 years.

8. B.U.M.S. - This degree is equivalent to BAMS, but in Unani. Urdu is the compulsory subject in 10th and the candidate must pass 10+2 with PCB. Candidate must be aged up to 17years of admission. The duration of this course is 5.5 years.

9. B.P.T - This is the bachelor degree in the field of physiotherapy. To pursue this course candidate must have passed in 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in PCB. The duration of the course is 4.5 years.

10. BMLT - Bachelor of Medical Lab Technicians is a 3 years course which is all about laboratory practices of the medical system. To pursue this course candidate must pass 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in PCB.
